Marshall Cassedy started this company in 1993 because he had a vision for providing clients in this community with solid, time-tested expertise. Frustrated by an industry that cared more about making a profit, he wanted to focus more on customer-driven plans and knew that he could offer top-of-the-line recommendations and financial management.

Kimberly Ritchie joined the firm in 2000 and Marshall’s son, Richard, joined in 2012, expanding our ability to serve additional clients in our community. We continue to look for the best ways to provide customized client solutions, based on our combined years of experience.
